The packaging for this is not entirely put together yet and cds are not yet printed. Since the material here is not available in any format I will allow it to be obtained digitally until production becomes more organized. This post will be deleted when hard copies are available which is likely to not be for a month or so.
The intent is to distribute the material free of charge. If the cost of postage becomes too heavy of a burden we will request addressed envelopes with postage to be sent.
